We use information to operate and improve the Service, respond to inquiries, schedule demos, evaluate job applications, and meet legal and contractual obligations. Customer Data submitted for claims validation is used solely to deliver the Service and is never used to train models shared across customers without explicit written agreement.

Where required, we rely on your consent (e.g. submitting a contact or demo form), performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Customer Data is retained for the duration of the applicable agreement and deleted or returned within 90 days of termination, unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing and applicant data is retained for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete it.
