Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Truescience platform and its solutions — Medical Coding & Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, KPI Audits & Solutions, Technology, Reconciliation, and RA & Denial Analysis Management (together, the "Service") — provided by Truescience FZC-LLC, a company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates under licence CWS-3V-223420 ("Truescience", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, your organisation ("Customer", "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms and any order form referencing them.

2. The Service

The Service supports the revenue cycle end to end: reviewing and coding clinical documentation, validating and correcting claims prior to submission, tracking KPIs and audit findings, reconciling remittance against claims, and managing denials and appeals. Outputs are decision support: Truescience does not practice medicine, adjudicate claims, or guarantee payer acceptance, and Customer retains sole responsibility for claims, codes, and appeals it submits.

3. Accounts and access

Customer is responsible for the accuracy of data it submits, for its users' credentials, and for ensuring only authorised personnel access the Service. Notify us promptly at Email us of any suspected unauthorised use.

4. Fees and billing

Fees are set out in the applicable order form and billed in advance unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in suspension of access after written notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Data and confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only to perform under these Terms. Handling of patient and claims data complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and is further governed by our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Agreement executed between the parties.

6. Intellectual property

Truescience retains all rights in the Service, its models, and underlying technology. Customer retains all rights in the data it submits. Feedback shared with us may be used to improve the Service without obligation.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Truescience disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in an order form.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and each party's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while an active order form is in place. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach on 30 days' written notice. On termination, access ends and Customer data is returned or deleted per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Ajman, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
